A Prayer for our Community & Neighbors
Almighty God, you are our comfort and strength in times of sudden chaos, crisis, and disaster. We pray for rain and precipitation to quench the thirst of our dry lands. Sustain those who work to alert, protect, rescue, and when necessary - those who rebuild. Surround those who are displaced and shaken by tragedy, loss, and grief. We pray you provide us with the relief and peace that surpasses all human understanding; through Jesus Christ our Lord, the one who makes all things new. Amen +
Join us in praying the above prayer in the coming days as our community and region responds to an unprecedented number of fires. For Emergency Preparedness resources and Evacuation Information, please scroll down.
